4.2 Wagering or Turnover Requirements

To withdraw a bonus, you must place a specified amount in bets — this is known as the wagering or turnover requirement. At ge33, the requirement is typically 15–20x the bonus amount. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place ৳15,000–৳20,000 in bets before that bonus can be withdrawn. The exact multiplier for each offer is stated on the promotions page.

4.3 Bonus Cancellation

• If the conditions are not met, the bonus will expire.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically approved.
• If fraud is detected, the bonus will be forfeited and the account will be closed.

5.1 Bet Placement Rules

• Minimum single bet is ৳100.
• Bets placed on live betting cannot be cancelled; however, the cash-out option may be used if available.
• Accumulator bets can combine a maximum of 15 events.
• Ge33 reserves the right to void any bet placed due to a system error or incorrect odds.

5.2 Event Cancellation or Postponement

If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be returned to your wallet. In the case of a postponement, ge33 will make a decision in accordance with its own rules and notify users on the platform.

5.3 Lottery Rules

• Every draw is live streamed at a scheduled time.
• Tickets cannot be purchased after the draw has closed.
• Prize draw winnings will be credited to your wallet within 5 minutes of the draw completing.
• Lottery results are final and no appeals will be accepted.

Ge33 is committed to maintaining a fair and safe environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and balance forfeiture.

• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Creating multiple accounts under the same identity to claim bonuses.
• Allowing a third party to use your account.
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Any form of fraud involving the payment system.
• Hacking or attempting unauthorized access to any account.
• Exploiting bugs or errors in the ge33 system to gain an unfair advantage.

🔐 7. Account Suspension or Closure

7.1 ge33's Rights

Ge33 reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Involvement in prohibited activities.
• Creating an account using false information.
• If age verification fails.
• Extended inactivity (12 months or more).

7.2 User Rights

You can close your account at any time by contacting Support. If you have a remaining balance and all conditions are met at the time of closure, you will be able to withdraw those funds.
